We are focused on expanding student’s career and college options and making the transition from high school to adulthood easier. Our mission? Every Johnston County Public Schools graduate has a plan for their future and the skills, knowledge, and aptitudes to make it a reality.

JOCO Works
JOCO WORKS is an industry-led collaborative supported by education, business, civic, and government partners created to meet the Johnston County, North Carolina (JOCO) workforce needs of the future. This collaborative culminates in a curriculum and an in-person experience-based career exploration specifically for 8th grade students.
Partner with Us
We rely on strong partnerships with local employers, post-secondary education institutions, and community leaders to facilitate students’ career development progression and career preparedness. These partnerships can help us make learning more relevant by connecting students to today’s workplaces and the skills needed to thrive in them. You can help educators provide opportunities for students by completing our Work-Based Learning Employer Registration.
