Culinary Arts and Hospitality I

Practice professional cooking skills while developing a working knowledge of safety, food protection, commercial foodservice equipment, kitchen procedures, and dining room service. Work with basic menu items like stocks, soups, breakfast foods, salads, sandwiches, and basic baked goods.

Culinary Arts and Hospitality II (Internship)

Taken with Culinary Arts and Hospitality III, this course allows you to apply what you learn in the classroom to actual foodservice operations and food production. Work with an industry mentor to accelerate your learning and preparation

Culinary Arts and Hospitality III

Advance your culinary and foodservice management skills. Learn about human relations, menu planning, and purchasing and receiving. Practice applying a variety of cooking methods and advanced baking and pastry techniques.

Get Certified

ANSI-Accredited Food Protection Manager Certification

Meeting the regulatory requirements for restaurants and foodservice operation, this certification will prepare you to implement scientifically-based food safety practices and create a culture of food safety.

National Certificate of Achievement

Earning the certificate requires students to pass two national exams, demonstrate a mastery of foundational skills, and work 400 mentored hours.

Pre-PAC Culinary Arts

Addresses a skill set necessary for success in culinary arts including restaurants, institutional foodservice, hospitality and catering, and food and beverage operations.
